About Us: I am a private individual gradually selling off my collection. I prefer to sell each firearm myself instead of leaving it to the whims of an auuction. I will be listing rifles, shotguns, old, modern, some NIB, and some that are rare. In purchasing from me, you are dealing with the actual owner and not a dealer who has no familiarity with the firearm. I have owned these firearms for anywhere from a year and a half, to several decades. When purchasing from me, there will be no surprise needed repairs. Without my own FFL, I have to ship by US Postal. I ship Priority but they are very slow these days. Expect the firearm to be in transit for up to 2 weeks.
Description:
Rifle is in excellent condition and showing little use. 8mm Mauser caliber. Stock is mostly smooth wood and varnish with only some light handling marks typical to military storage. Bluing appears original and is in excellent condition. Many aspects appear basically new. Samco import stamp on bottom of barrel calls it a Czech 7.92mm but all identifying markings are in Farsi. They were translated to serial number C01901. Matching numbers on rifle, including stock. Complete with cleaning rod. Bore appears shiny and excellent. The buttplate is the only thing that shows any wear, but even that is in pretty good shape for a military rifle this old. Everything works flawlessly. Bayonet has very nice metal, the wood in handle has handling marks but no cracks. It has some markings stamped on it but I don’t think they match the serial number of rifle. It locks right on no problem though. All in all a lightly used old mauser in rare excellent condition that loves the camera. I have just a little shy of 100 photos that I can provide to a SERIOUS buyer. I have a short video clip of it in operation at the range as well. I’ve only put 5 rounds through it myself in my effort to keep it used little. It’s been fun showing it off to my friends and relatives but now there is nothing left to do with it, so I am going to part with it. I have plenty of other firearms that I am going to keep long term. My price is more than fair, I can provide examples of a recent sale for identical set-up on gun-broke-her at 2280 and a west coast auuction house at 2225. Sale terms are as per this Description section and our correspondence. Cash only if Local sale. For a local sale I will only sell to anyone who is verified to purchase a firearm so I would need to see either a FFL, or Neb Firearm Purchase Certificate, and ID, just like it's done at the auuctions/shows. Neb Concealed Carry Permit works as well. If you are from out of state but can make the drive, there is an FFL in Lincoln, NE that will do the transfer for 25 bucks. I will ship to an FFL. If you do not have your own FFL you must contact your FFL provider and ensure that they will accept firearms for transfer that come from a private individual like me that does not have an FFL. I can provide them a copy of my ID. I will also need contact info for your receiving FFL so that I can arrange shipping with them. If shipping, payment for the firearm and shipping combined is by Bank Cashier's Check ONLY. Shipping is to only the lower 48 and is a flat fee of 75 dollars.
