The Harrington & Richardson (H&R) Model 686 with a 5.5" barrel is a classic, vintage American rimfire revolver produced primarily during the 1980s. Highly regarded for its distinctive styling and robust all-steel construction, it serves as an excellent platform for target shooting and small-game hunting. While optimized for affordable .22 Long Rifle (LR), the Model 686 was originally designed as a convertible package. Has the ability to interchange 6-shot cylinders—from the .22 LR to the .22 WMR (.22 Magnum). Built with a striking color case-hardened steel frame contrasted by a deep blued barrel, cylinder, and trigger guard.
