It features a 24-inch barrel and an 8+1 capacity, configured in the traditional Garand pattern. The rifle has a military-style finish and a smooth wood stock with a pistol grip profile, fitted with a factory trapdoor buttplate constructed of checkered metal. Controls include an ambidextrous safety, and the rifle retains the recognizable Garand receiver and operating system layout. The rear sight is an adjustable military peep type; the elevation adjustment functions properly, while the windage mechanism does not operate.
