The O1911C represents the Government Model in its most recognizable form. Built around the classic full-size steel frame, 5-inch barrel and traditional single-action operating system, this pistol preserves the proportions, balance and unmistakable styling that have defined the Colt 1911 for generations. Rather than adding rails, optics cuts or oversized tactical controls, Colt kept this model deliberately traditional. It features a Series 70-style firing system, fixed military-style sights, vertical rear slide serrations, a classic spur hammer, short solid trigger, left-side thumb safety and handsome double-diamond checkered wood grips.
