The MasterPiece Arms MPA30SST Defender modernized classic MAC-style design into a heavy-duty semi-automatic 9mm pistol platform. Moving away from legacy stamped-steel construction, the MPA30SST features a lower receiver precision-machined from solid aluminum and a durable steel upper. Built with a side-cocking handle—similar in function to the FN FAL—the top of the receiver is completely liberated to house a full-length Picatinny rail, making it seamless to mount red dot optics for rapid target acquisition.
Equipped with a 5.5-inch threaded barrel (1/2x28 TPI) and a removable false muzzle extension, the Defender offers extra control for the support hand while functioning as an ideal direct host for 9mm suppressors. The lower receiver is upgraded with an ergonomic textured pistol grip with finger grooves, an oversized paddle magazine release, and a bottom accessory rail for mounting weapon lights or lasers. Fueled by a high-capacity 30-round polymer magazine, it provides a unique, ultra-durable range toy or personal defense platform with surprisingly low recoil.
The MPA30SST pistol features a side cocker scope mount adjustable rear sight one 30 round polymer magazine and a lower receiver mounted short rail for mounting accessories.
