The Glock 45 is a compact-slide, full-size-frame 9mm pistol that has quickly earned certified hood-classic status among defensive shooters, law-enforcement users, and Glock enthusiasts. Built entirely around Glock’s Gen 5 design, the G45 pairs the shorter slide and barrel dimensions of the Glock 19 with the full-length grip and 17-round capacity of the Glock 17. This crossover configuration gives the shooter fast handling, excellent control, and a generous firing grip without the longer slide of a traditional full-size service pistol. Whether intended for duty use, home defense, range shooting, or open carry, the G45 delivers a highly practical balance of size and shootability.
Gen 5 features include the Glock Marksman Barrel, front and rear slide serrations, ambidextrous slide-stop levers, a reversible magazine release, and a flared magazine well for smoother reloads. The finger-groove-free polymer frame accommodates a wider range of hand sizes, while Glock’s Safe Action system provides familiar operation and a consistent trigger pull.
