The Winchester Model 94 Lever-Action Carbine manufactured in 1924 and chambered in .30 W.C.F. with a 20" barrel is an iconic, highly collectible firearm representing the "Golden Age" of American gunmaking. Historically known as the "Saddle Ring Carbine" or "Eastern Carbine" layout, this configuration represents the quintessential American deer rifle. Because Winchester removed "18" from their model names in 1919, this 1924 model is explicitly stamped as the Model 94 on the upper tang, rather than the earlier "Model 1894. .30 WCF
