"SN: 8055n. Semi-automatic German military pistol made by Mauser in 1936. Standard 3¾"" barrel chambered for 9mm Luger. Hold-open is a replacement marked ""34"" and bears its own crown/n proof. All other parts matching besides magazine. About 85% of original blue remaining, with typical brown patina on the front and rear straps. Bore is lightly frosted with strong rifling. Wood grips are in great condition and left panel is marked ""55"". Action functions correctly with good spring tension. Comes with black leather holster with no legible maker's mark, but a partial ""WaA/9X"" stamp is visible, suggesting Curt Vogel.
