SUPER RARE H&K P9S Sport pistol package in .45 ACP with 6-inch barrel / "Sport" marked counterweight, matching standard-length slide assembly, matching 8’’ barrel, spare ergonomic target grip, tools, and lockable transport case. AS NEW. An absolutely phenomenal set from every metric!!!

Description:

H&K P9S Sport Pistol package in .45ACP, made 1988, the assembled pistol with 6" barrel having a "Sport" marked counterweight, the ensemble including a matching slide assembly with a 4.25" barrel, and a separate 8" barrel. SN: 407984. The "Sport" counterweight has a drift adjustable Patridge front sight. Mounted on the rear of the slide is a fully adjustable target sight. The standard length slide assembly has drift adjustable sights: the front sight is angled with a white highlight; the rear sight has a squared notch bracketed by bright orange highlights. Both slides are marked identically, the left side with the usual H&K P9S legend along with the serial number and Eagle/N proofing. The serial number is repeated on the left side of the frame. All three barrel hoods are marked with caliber, manufacturer, SN, and proof. Right side of frame with "II" year code (1988) and Eagle/N proof. Thumb safety, marked with white / red detents, that shrouds firing pin. Polymer frame and standard black matte extruded H&K grip, secured with two screws, with molded checkering and left side shallow thumb rest. Bottom magazine release. Magazine with six indicator holes and a flat detachable floor plate, button secured, marked "IA.45". Beyond the matching slide assembly and 8’’ barrel, there is an ergonomic target grip with a textured gripping surface and exaggerated thumb rest. At the rear, the cocking indicator slot is reinforced with a metal insert generously surrounded by an adhesive. Additional components include a plastic pouch with two Allen head wrenches, several replacement screws, an angled screwdriver, etc. Complete with keyed black leatherette carrying case, disintegrated bottom grey foam liner, now replaced with loose bubble wrap. No literature.

Condition:

The pistol, spare slide assembly, extra matching 8-inch barrel, spare ergonomic target grip, and package of spare parts/tools all present AS NEW. The exterior of the case is EXC, though the gray foam that lined the base has crumbled and been removed. An absolutely phenomenal set, virtually impossible to find, never mind in this extraordinary as-new condition. A real treasure for the H&K collector!
