This is a highly desirable late-war “Black Widow” style Luger featuring the scarce black Bakelite grips and an fxo-marked black Bakelite magazine, making it a very attractive example for the advanced Luger collector. This pistol is 100% matching throughout, including all numbered parts, and bears serial number 6000q. The finish is exceptionally strong and original, with only one small area of finish loss on the underside of the barrel as shown in the photos. Aside from that minor spot, the pistol presents beautifully with excellent overall bluing, sharp markings, and a very crisp, honest appearance. The black Bakelite grips are in excellent shape and pair perfectly with the proper black fxo magazine, giving this pistol the classic and sought-after Black Widow look.
