SOLD SOLD SOLD This Winchester was produced in 1965. The serial number is 113798. This rifle is chambered for the 308 Winchester. The bore is in very fine bright condition. This rifle is fitted with a Redfield 3x9 variable power scope with the wide view rear lens. The bases are also Redfield. The original sights are still intact on this Winchester. The action works crisply with no issues. This stock has some really nice figuring on both sides! The checkering is sharp with no issues. There is no other alterations done on this rifle. The original bluing would rate 98% overall condition. The magazine is the correct original magazine. This magazine does have some blue wear due to carrying the rifle in this position. This Winchester is still a Pre 64 rifle in parts and build. The Winchester quality workmanship is still visible with this Model 88 rifle! This rifle was lightly used and very well cared for. This Winchester is still ready to go hunting and shooting!
