SMOOTH AMERICAN WALNUT PISTOL GRIP STOCK, VERY GOOD SOUND WOOD WITH NO CRACKS OR REPAIRS. TYPICAL HANDLING MARKS AND DINGS IN THE VARNISH, ORIGINAL STEEL CHECKERED BUTTPLATE. INTRODUCED IN 1939, DISCONTINUED IN 1958. THIS GUN WAS MADE IN 1939, THE FIRST YEAR OF PRODUCTION.
