The CZ 455 American Synthetic is a rugged, weather-resistant rimfire rifle designed to perform reliably in demanding field conditions. Built on CZ‚s highly modular legacy platform, it features a lightweight, matte-black synthetic stock with a straight American-style comb engineered specifically for an optimal cheek weld when using magnifying optics.
A core engineering highlight of this rifle is its interchangeable barrel system. By loosening dual set screws located on the billet-machined steel receiver, shooters can quickly swap out the barrel and magazine well spacer to convert the rifle into alternative rimfire calibers like .17 HMR or .22 WMR. It features a premium, cold hammer-forged barrel for match-grade consistency and a fully adjustable trigger system that lets users fine-tune pull weight to their exact preference. The receiver features a milled 11mm dovetail groove for scope ring placement and uses a manual, two-position wing safety located at the rear of the bolt shroud.
