Constructed around Rigby’s renowned Double Square Bridge Magnum Mauser action, the Big Game features a robust barrel engraved with “J. Rigby & Co. London England” in traditional Old English script. A barrel band sling swivel and Rigby’s legendary Express sights complete the package, with a ramp-mounted front sight featuring an elevation-adjustable yellow bead and a rear sight incorporating one fixed blade for 65 yards and two folding leaves regulated for 150 and 250 yards, all with windage adjustment.
The rifle is stocked in beautifully figured Grade 5 walnut, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail expected from a London gunmaker. Traditional hand-cut checkering provides a secure grip in all weather conditions, while the hand-rubbed oil finish enhances the natural beauty of the wood. A red rubber recoil pad ensures comfort and control when firing the legendary .375 H&H Magnum cartridge.
