Description:
The SIG Sauer P230 is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .380 ACP and manufactured in West Germany. It features a 3-inch barrel and a blued steel frame paired with black plastic grip panels. The pistol operates on a blowback action and feeds from a single-stack 7-round magazine, giving a total capacity of 7+1. The design is compact and streamlined, with fixed front and rear sights and a smooth contoured slide typical of the P230 series.
The frame and slide are finished in a uniform blued coating, and the steel construction provides a solid overall build. The pistol’s controls include a frame-mounted decocker and a heel-style magazine release consistent with early West German SIG designs. The bore is described as being in very good condition, with strong rifling visible. The pistol bears German proof marks on the right side of the slide, confirming its West German manufacture.
Included with the pistol are two steel magazines. The grip panels are black checkered plastic, and the barrel is stainless steel. The serial number is S133270.
