Description:
The Ruger M77 is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a 22-inch tapered barrel. It features a blued steel finish and a magazine-fed action with a hinged floorplate. The rifle includes a tang safety and comes equipped with factory Ruger scope rings. The stock is cut-checkered hardwood with a pistol grip and matching forend, complemented by a red rubber recoil pad and a hard plastic grip cap. Sling swivel mounts are fitted to the stock for carrying or attachment of a sling.
This M77 is used. The bore is described as excellent with strong rifling. The metal surfaces retain most of the original blued finish, showing only minor handling marks and light scratches near the muzzle. The wooden stock and forend show moderate surface dings and a small scratch on the right side near the butt but no cracks or structural damage. The recoil pad remains intact and pliable, and the action cycles properly with normal signs of firing and handling wear consistent with regular use.
Included with the rifle are the original Ruger scope rings mounted to the receiver. The rifle’s configuration includes its standard hinged floorplate magazine system, tang-mounted safety, and sling attachment points. Serial number is 771-99384. No additional accessories or packaging are noted beyond the installed rings.
