Description:
The Mossberg 500E is a pump-action shotgun chambered in .410 bore with a 3-inch chamber and a 24-inch ventilated rib barrel. It features a full fixed choke and a five-round tubular magazine. The receiver is constructed of steel with a blued finish, and the shotgun is equipped with a tang-mounted safety. The stock and forend are made of wood, providing a traditional configuration for this model.
This shotgun is used. It includes dual bead sights consisting of a front white bead and a mid-position brass bead for sight alignment. The receiver has a matted top surface to reduce glare. The trigger is gold plated, and the wooden furniture is checkered at the grip and forend for improved handling. A rubber recoil pad has been installed in place of the original buttplate. The bore condition is described as very good, and the metal shows light edge wear consistent with use.
Additional features include a 24-inch barrel chambered for both 2½-inch and 3-inch shells and a full choke constriction. The serial number is P976700. The shotgun retains its standard configuration without additional accessories or packaging noted.
