Schmidt Rubin Model of 1889
This rifle has been converted to .22LR by skilled Swiss Craftsmen.
The barrel has been shortened to approximately 22.5" and sleved. The bolt has been modified to strike rimfire cartridges. A pistol grip has been spliced into the stock.
The overall condition is magnificent. Sharp marking, great blueing and rust free. The stock is free of cracks and damage. There are a few small scratches and nicks.
The Action runs smooth, the two stage trigger is free of creep and lets off lightly. Both the front and rear sight are adjustable.
