Gentlemen, for sale is a Savage model 1899, takedown, 250-3000 caliber. This is a nice honest rifle, made in Utica, N.Y. This piece was made in 1919 which is 107 years old. This rifle is in good to very good condition considering its age. Specifications are as follows: nice walnut stock, cut checkering, horn rear sight, brass shell counter, steel butt plate, very good barrel bluing, very good bore, and all original condition. The 250-3000 caliber is very sought after caliber, and the takedown model makes it more valuable. You do not want to miss out on this piece. This gun is great shooter or collectible.
