Erich Boessler was an exceptionally talented German engraver who at one time contracted with Pachmyr. He is acknowledged as one of the best engravers of his time. This Custom Shop MkV in the formidable 460 chambering was engraved for its owner, whose initials were inlaid in gold on the floorplate under an impressive bull elephant in gold inlay. The rifle is in as new condition and has exceptional custom wood with copious hand checkering and a hand-rubbed finish. It sports the usual heavy contour barrel with integral muzzle brake. One of a kind.
