Description: Serial #286213, 20 Gauge (2 ½" chambers), 26 inch barrel with fine bright bores having isolated pitting mid barrel on both tubes choked improved cylinder / modified. This is an Ithaca Flues model SxS shotgun built in 1917. In excellent condition as professionally restored the barrels show 98-99% even blue finish with crisp barrel markings. The frame has a vibrant case colors with some underlying imperfections visible under direct bright light. The figured walnut stock and forearm have crisp checkering with some very slight handling marks and the hard rubber butt plate and grip cap rate excellent with crisp detail. The barrels are on face with a tight lock up, the lever resting just right of center. The LOP is 14" with drops of 1 3/4" & 3" at the comb and heel.
