National Postal Meter model M1 Carbine is a semi-auto rifle chambered in .30 carbine that can hold 15 rounds in excellent condition. The M1 has a 18" barrel and overall length of 35.5" and it comes 1 (15) round magazine. Manufacture date: Late 1943 - early 1944 it has a Marlin barrel and Springfield Armory stock.
