Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very bice Rugger 77 Hawkeye Compact rifle chambered for 223 Rem. This rifle has a 16.5" barrel and 12.5' LOP with an over all length of just over 35". The rifle is fitted with a Simmons 3-9X50 scope in Warne rings. Great rifle for a smaller person or for compact carrying in the woods or truck.
