Description:
This Spandau Model 71/84 is a German infantry repeating rifle produced at the Spandau Arsenal, representing an evolutionary step from the single-shot Mauser Model 1876. Chambered in the 11X60 R Mauser (also known as 11mm Mauser) it fires a bottle-necked cartridge with a heavy lead bullet, delivering significant stopping power typical of late 19th Century military rifles. This bolt-action design incorporates an 8-round tubular magazine beneath the barrel, paired with Mauser's improved lifting mechanism and rear sight. Manufactured primarily between 1885-1889 for Prussian forces, it features a robust full-length stock. This firearm is in good condition. 11x60mm Mauser
