BUTTPLATE, TRIGGERGUARD & RAMROD PIPES APPEAR TO HAVE UNCLEANED PATINA SURFACE. THE LOCK IS CRISP & ROBUST WITH 2 CLICK HAMMER AND STILL THROWS GOOD SPARK, FRIZZEN RESURFACED DURING PERIOD OF USE. WALNUT STOCK IN VERY GOOD SHAPE WITH SOME EXPECTED MARS, WEAR, DINGS AND CRACKS ON LEFT SIDE ABOVE FRONT PIPE, (PICTURED #17). A REAL SOLID MUSKET THAT LIKELY SAW SERVICE IN THE WAR OF 1812.
