A nice condition antique bench mount roll crimping tool from 1880-1900 or so. Made by Peter Webley and Son (later Webley & Scott ) and shown in their catalog under part # 7007. It is marked with this number on the handle. Black painted handles are in excellent shape. There is almost no original paint on the body and just a touch on the bench clamp and in protected spots. This is the larger size so it will do 2 3/4 and 2 1/2" shells. It can also handle pinfire shells. Webley tools are not common and this will make a nice addition for you.
