Scarce and collectible Holland & Holland single-shot sporting rifle chambered in the uncommon .295 Semi-Smooth Bore cartridge. This classic British sporting arm features an octagonal barrel, walnut stock with fine checkering, and the quality craftsmanship that made Holland & Holland one of the world's premier gunmakers. Based on available serial number references, serial number 9901 likely dates to the late 1880s or early 1890s, though a factory letter would be required for exact confirmation.
