The Walther P5 is a highly regarded German engineered 9mm semi-automatic pistol developed in the mid 1970s and produced from 1977 to 1993. Created to meet strict West German police specifications following the 1972 Munich Olympics, it modernizes the mechanical lineage of the classic World War II Walther P38.
