"NSN, made in 1810,.69 caliber, 44.5"" proofed smoothbore round barrel. Metal and iron furniture are a light grey patina with mottled surface oxidation visible. Lock plate and butt-plate are dated 1810. Rear sling swivel has been removed. Stock is very good with expected dings, and nicks. Action holds at half and full cock. Great looking early Type III!
