Offered for sale is an exceptional Colt Python chambered in .357 Magnum with the highly desirable 4 inch barrel. Manufactured circa 1974, this classic Python represents the period many collectors consider the pinnacle of Colt's hand fitting and Royal Blue finish.
This revolver remains in as new condition, retaining its outstanding high polish blue finish with crisp markings and excellent overall appearance. It is fitted with Colt black rubber finger groove grips bearing the Colt medallions, an adjustable rear sight, and a bright orange ramp front sight. The action exhibits the smooth double action pull and crisp single action break for which the Python has earned its legendary reputation.
