Offered for sale is an excellent Remington UMC Model 51 chambered in .380 ACP. Designed by the legendary John D. Pedersen, the Model 51 is widely regarded as one of the finest and most innovative pocket pistols of the early 20th century. This example, manufactured circa 1925, features the distinctive hesitation-lock action that set the Model 51 apart from its contemporaries.

This pistol remains in excellent collector condition with an attractive original blue finish, crisp factory markings, and original Remington UMC black plastic grips. The bore is clean, the action functions properly, and the overall appearance reflects careful ownership over the past century.

The Model 51 has become increasingly desirable among collectors because of its unique design, outstanding ergonomics, and historical significance. Fine original examples such as this continue to appreciate as fewer remain available in high condition.
