The Smith & Wesson 4053TSW is one of the most desirable compact pistols from the company's Third Generation lineup. This pre-rail Tactical Smith & Wesson variant was engineered for law enforcement officers who wanted a duty-grade pistol with a slimmer profile and the consistent trigger pull of a double-action-only system. Its all-metal construction and compact dimensions make it an excellent balance of durability, shootability, and concealability.
Built around the proven Browning short-recoil operating system, the 4053TSW delivers excellent reliability with duty and defensive ammunition. The 3.50-inch barrel, Novak Lo-Mount sights, and consistent DAO trigger combine to provide fast target acquisition and predictable performance under stress. The aluminum alloy frame keeps weight manageable while the stainless steel slide offers outstanding corrosion resistance.
Ergonomics are a hallmark of Smith & Wesson's Third Generation pistols. The factory wraparound grip fills the hand comfortably, while the low bore axis helps reduce muzzle rise during rapid strings of fire.
