Built on the highly regarded K-frame, this double-action revolver features a 6-inch barrel, adjustable rear sight, and a handsome set of aftermarket finger-groove wood grips. The blued finish remains attractive with normal handling wear consistent with age and use. Based on the 7K11597 serial number prefix and known Smith & Wesson production ranges, this revolver was likely manufactured in 1974. The Model 19-3 variant was produced during the desirable pinned-barrel and recessed-cylinder era, making it popular among collectors and shooters alike.
