The Mitchell High Standard Model 9303 is a standard-grade, full-sized bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in .22 Long Rifle (.22 LR). Introduced to the U.S. market in 1994 by Mitchell Arms, this rifle was manufactured in the Philippines as part of an effort to offer an affordable, traditional utility rifle utilizing the legacy "High Standard" name marketing license.
