SMITH & WESSON M&P40 – Pre-owned semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W with a 4-inch barrel and matte black finish. Overall good used condition with minor cosmetic blemishes, finish wear, and handling marks consistent with normal use. Includes one 15-round magazine. The original case is not included. This firearm was previously used by a law enforcement agency. The former department marking has been professionally laser removed; evidence of the removal is visible and shown in the photographs. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are part of the condition assessment and identify the exact item and included accessories.
