This is a real nice original gun that has very unique provenance. This gun was made in 1887 and is probably one of the guns Browning Brothers would have gotten as partial payment of the 1886 patent. It is a 10,000 serial number and also has an extremely rare single set trigger. The gun has a real good bore, shoots great and the single set trigger works as it should. This gun was not only designed by John Browning, it is undoubtedly handled by him in his Ogden store. The pictures show the wood and metal, there are some marks, but this gun is 150 years old! Finding a Browning Brothers marked gun is very unusual, and one with a single set trigger, makes this a very rare gun...$4599.00
