The Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon is a hallmark of Italian craftsmanship, renowned for its low-profile boxlock action and exceptional balance. As one of the most successful over & under designs in history, it remains a preferred choice for sportsmen seeking a refined yet robust firearm for versatile use in both the field and at the range. This 2008 production example is in excellent condition, featuring a right-leaning top lever that confirms minimal use and bright, clean bores within barrels retaining 99% of their original bluing. The walnut stock is configured with a pistol grip and a slight left cast, exhibiting only light handling marks while maintaining a 14 ¾-inch length of pull. Measuring 45 ½ inches in overall length, the action locks up tight and features a 28-inch barrel set with 3-inch chambers, a silver bead sight, and a 6mm parallel ventilated rib. This 12-gauge firearm arrives in its original Beretta factory case with a factory recoil pad, a choke tool, and four chokes, including a Teague Full and three Beretta tubes in Full, Improved Modified, and Modified.
