Japanese Type 14 Nambu semi-automatic pistol chambered in 8×22mm Nambu, one of the most recognizable military sidearms of World War II. The Type 14 served as the standard-issue pistol for Imperial Japanese Army officers and remains a highly collectible piece of WWII military history. It features an 8-round detachable magazine and recoil-operated, single-action design. This example presents in overall good condition with an attractive, even patina. The metal retains a pleasing military finish with light handling and storage wear consistent with age. The original checkered wood grips are in very good condition, showing honest wear but no significant cracks or damage visible.
