The Beretta® 688 Performance Sporting B-Fast Over/Under Shotgun takes the proven performance of the 686 Sporting to new heights with advanced features that make it even more accurate, reliable, and well-balanced. First and foremost, it features a heavier steel receiver than the 686. The heavier the gun, the less recoil you feel. Keeping the weight perfectly balanced between your hands makes the gun swing and point naturally, so it feels like an extension of your body. The 688 also incorporates Beretta's proven Steelium Optimabore HP barrels for dense, uniform patterns and low recoil. Barrels feature a double forcing cone reaching up to 80mm, and the inner bore has been tested to work with every type of shell: lead, steel, and high-performance steel. This means perfect patterns with every shot and every shell. The birchwood laminated stock and forend give the 688 a stylish and modern look, and the adjustable B-Fast stock provides adjustability for a precision fit and reduced recoil. The ambidextrous palm swell gives you more control. Other upgrades include a smoother top lever and adjustable trigger reach.
