This is a 12-Gauge Beretta model 1301 Tactical semiautomatic shotgun. This is classed as a Beretta "Y3" gun. See below - "Y3" coded indicating that it has been thoroughly checked by Beretta factory trained personnel for safety and function, but may have heavier usage and/or cosmetic flaws. May be missing original accessories. Comes in a factory hardcase with a factory certificate of inspection and no other accessories. Please note: This firearm is being sold as used. The firearm is factory warranted for mechanical and safety performance against defects for a period of one year from the date of retail sale. -This shotgun ships with original cardboard box and extra choke tube. Cylinder tube is installed, improved cylinder is included along with butt extension and choke tools. Firearm features a 13.5" length of pull, textured polymer furniture, and peephole rear sights with white-dot front sight. 12 Gauge
