The Schmidt-Rubin K31 is one of the finest military surplus bolt-action rifles ever produced, renowned for its exceptional Swiss craftsmanship, accuracy, and smooth straight-pull bolt action. Chambered in 7.5×55 Swiss, the K31 was the standard service rifle of the Swiss military for decades and remains highly regarded by collectors and precision shooters alike. Its quality construction and outstanding accuracy have earned it a lasting reputation as one of the premier military rifles of the 20th century.
This rifle is in good used condition with normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age and service. The receiver and detachable magazine feature matching serial numbers, while the bolt is mismatched with a different serial number. Overall, this K31 remains an excellent example of Swiss engineering and would make a great addition to a military surplus collection or a capable range rifle.
