SERIAL NUMBER: NSN. BARREL: 23". CALIBER: .22 S-L-LR. MANUFACTURED: 1930. The Winchester Model 59 .22 caliber bolt-action rifle was manufactured for only one year, during 1930 (some sources indicate 1930–1931). It is a rare "boy's rifle" with only approximately 9,200 to 9,300 units produced before production was halted during the Great Depression. CONDITION: Very Good. This rifle has been reworked / reblued at some point. The butt plate is missing. The bore is shiny with sharp rifling. A few areas of frosting. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
