Here is a really nice example of a Randall Made Knives Model 17 Astro Knife. This knife is based off the Model 17 that was designed by Bo Randall exclusively for NASA for the early space program. It was the first knife in space and was designed to be used as a survival tool after splashdown. This example is from the early 1990's. With a smooth back Gutcher sheath, Black Micarta Scales, Stainless steel blade. Overall condition is excellent with some minor storage wear. Randall currently has a 7 year wait on their fine custom knives. You can own this one today.
