Features a 24" “JM” Stamped Barrel with Micro-Groove Rifling and a mint bore.  American Black Walnut pistol grip stock with factory sling swivels. Fluted Butt stock Comb.  White spacers on the butt pad and grip cap.  A 19-26 shot tube magazine depending on .22 short through 22 long rifle.  With open sights and a hooded front.  A new old stcok Weaver rail is installed for an optic.  The rifle features a full-length steel tubular magazine and a signature golden-colored trigger. It is built from forged steel and American black walnut, known for its durability and aesthetic appeal. The rifle is designed for easy take down, allowing for convenient maintenance. This model was produced (1957-1987).  This rifle shows as practically new with the factory stickers still present on the stock.    The Marlin Original Golden 39A is a lever-action .22 caliber rifle known for its accuracy and historical significance, being the oldest continuously produced shoulder firearm in the world.
