The Savage Model 24 is a versatile combination gun pairing a .223 Remington rifle barrel with a 12 Gauge shotgun barrel in an over-and-under configuration. This practical design allows the shooter to select either barrel using the hammer-mounted selector, making the firearm suitable for varmint hunting, predator control, turkey hunting, and other field applications. This example features a 24-inch barrel set, a 3-inch shotgun chamber, durable black synthetic furniture, and a mounted Weaver CV3 variable-power scope. The shotgun barrel is threaded for a removable choke tube, providing additional flexibility for different shooting applications. Adjustable iron sights remain present as an alternate sighting system. The firearm is rated in Excellent Condition and features a clean matte black finish.
