The Rizzini BR110 Sporter is a versatile Italian over/under that bridges the gap between the sporting clays course and the field. Built with the quality and precision for which Rizzini is renowned, the BR110 combines modern competition features with the durability required for high-volume shooting. With 3-inch magnum chambers, High Performance Steel Shot proofed barrels, and a complete factory package, this 2019 example is equally at home breaking clays or chasing upland birds and waterfowl.
Chambered in 12 gauge with 3-inch magnum chambers, the shotgun is fitted with 30-inch barrels weighing 7 pounds 12.7 ounces, providing excellent balance for both target shooting and hunting applications. The barrels are threaded for Rizzini interchangeable choke tubes and include Cylinder, two Improved Cylinder, and Modified chokes suitable for both steel and lead shot, along with Improved Modified and Full chokes for lead shot. The barrels carry High Performance Steel Shot proof, allowing the use of modern non-toxic ammunition. A ventilated tapering matted rib with a white front bead provides a clean, instinctive sight picture.
Built on a proven boxlock action, the BR110 features a single selective trigger, ejectors, and non-automatic safety. The shotgun remains in excellent overall condition, showing only very faint handling wear consistent with careful use. The bores are clear, the action is smooth and locks up tightly, the trigger is crisp, and the ejectors are strong and in time. Mechanically, it is excellent.
The receiver features a sleek matte black finish accented by polished highlights showcasing the Rizzini name on either side and the BR110 model designation on the underside. The understated appearance gives the shotgun a modern, purposeful look while allowing the richly blued steel barrels to complement the receiver.
The shotgun is stocked with beautifully figured walnut and a matching sporting forend. Sharp checkering on the pistol grip and forend provides a secure purchase, while the right-hand palm swell enhances comfort and control during extended shooting sessions. A factory black recoil pad completes the stock and helps manage recoil from both target and magnum hunting loads.
The shotgun is housed in its original Rizzini-branded Negrini ABS case, complete with the matching serial-number label on the exterior. Also included are the original white Rizzini storage sleeves and factory paperwork, making this a complete and well-preserved package.
