Whitney Laidley Style I Rolling Block Military Rifle 433 cal center fire, Bore Exc, Mech Exc, Wood VG with 3 exc wood to metal fit. It does have a crack off the top tang right side which fades out. Has a 35” Rd barrel with original sights and marked 43 on top of the barrel. The lower tang has the Serial#26523 30,000 produced mfg’d 1880. Has original ramrod, 3 barrel bands marked U and has original sling swivels. These are rare in decent condition like this one. Has auto eject, Metal overall has an aged grey patina finish with traces of fine pitting.
