VERY RARE factory package:
Colt Sauer Sporting rifle that includes a factory special ordered and mounted Redfield Accu-Trac scope (google this if you're not familiar, it's pretty impressive).
300 Weatherby Magnum chambering.
J.P. Sauer and Son built rifle from Germany.
Scope is mounted on factory hand-fit bases that match the contour of the receiver and the high luster blueing.
The glass is extremely clear. Mechanically the scope seems to work as it should. It inludes the external elevation turret that is factory calibrated to 300 weatherby mag!
Beautifully grained walnut stock with hand cut 18 lines per inch checkering, rosewood forearm cap, and Colt inlay on the rosewood pistol grip cap.
Deep, high luster blued finish on all metal surfaces.
Includes the original factory magazine with "300 weatherby mag" marked follower.
This is a coveted late produciton rifle built in 1981/1982, with a rarely found factory added scope package. The first I've seen in the flesh.
There are a few spots of finish loss on the metal (mostly on the barrel near the reciever) and a couple light impressions on the wood stock from handling. This one didn't see much, if any, hunting use.

Must ship to an FFL who will accept this rifle as shipped directly from me (a non-FFL individual who will ship the rifle with a copy of my current driver's license).
Only ships where this is legal to own. Sales to the lower 47 only (no sales to CA).
