Description:
This was my Dad's small bore competion rifle used in the late forties and early fifties with great success. This is a package deal with a custom case, shooting jacket, (40 reg),sling and shooting glove.
It has been kept in storage for over seventy years except for periodic cleaning, oiling and admiration.
The condition is excellent with only a little wear showing at the muzzle.
It has a 20x Unertal scope. Trigger shoe and a custom inlaid thumbhole walnut stock. The inlays are holly with ebony (?) trim.
The plywood travel case shows the wear and tear of travelling but is functionally good.
