"Serial number 124168. Made circa 1860s. 44 caliber with an 8"" barrel. This is a nice sharp gun with very clear markings. The barrel has about 20% of the original blue with the rest of the metal and even bluish gray patina with some spots of light corrosion. The frame has closer to 75% of the original blue. The grips have been cleaned. The action works well and has traces of case colors.
